About Us
Meet the Team
Alan Brunsdon
Alan began the business with his Dad Jack in 1964. Alan is passionate about Oxford Double Glazing, its products, service and people. He is well known in the Oxfordshire area, having been "The window man" for 46 years, "man and boy" as the saying goes. He is rightly proud of the company's reputation for quality and of the loyal team of people who constitute the Oxford Double Glazing "family" – a team of enthusiastic people for whom the delivery of first class service, customer care and satisfaction are their guiding principles.
Sylvia Brunsdon
Alan's wife Sylvia has been involved in the business for almost 40 years. As Company Secretary she plays a key role in fostering and supporting the team and in ensuring that things run smoothly and effectively. Over the years she has dealt with thousands of satisfied customers many of whom have become friends. She says that as her son Chris is also the head of a window company, you can guess what the main topic of conversation is whenever the family get together.
Jeff Creber
Jeff is our Operations Director responsible for planning and arranging our installation and service schedules. He started his employment with the company in the year 2000 as Operations Manager before being appointed Operations Director. Clearly his support for Arsenal FC has not hindered his progress with Oxford Double Glazing. Jeff also has a keen interest in photography.
Robin Gladwin
Robin has spent his working life in two industries. He was a professional footballer who played for Norwich City before moving to Oxfordshire where he played for Oxford United. He stayed in Oxford because he married an Oxfordshire girl. Since his departure from professional football he has worked in the double glazing industry, joining Oxford Double Glazing in 1998. Working out of the company's Oxford showrooms Robin is responsible for securing sales orders for windows and doors to hundreds of householders. Robin can often be seen pounding the streets of Oxford whilst out on his daily jog.
Andy Moxon
Andy joined the company almost four years ago working as part of the sales team based in our Beaconsfield showroom. A devoted family man with three children, he is always smiling, a likeable individual who readily endears himself to customers. Andy brought 14 years experience to our company from the motor industry where he ran events such as new motor car launches. Andy cannot be seen pounding the streets of Oxford whilst out on his morning jog!
Richard Jessop
Richard has been an installer with our company for 6 years and apart from work, his main interest is in supporting the lifeboat charity. In his spare time Richard indulges his passion for getting out on the water in his speedboat and also doing a bit of water skiing.
Roger Marlow
Roger works alongside his team mate Steve who recommended him for the job, as an installer, with our company 3 years ago. Roger's interest revolves around motorcars and motorsports. Prior to joining the company he was a motor mechanic who was called out to do roadside repairs by the AA and RAC. In his spare time stock car racing and off-road racing are his passions.
Steve Lock
Steve is part of the fixtures and fittings at Oxford Double Glazing with 11 years loyal service to date. He is a confident individual whose competence shows in the quality of the installations he and his team mates undertake for our customers. He is competitive in sports such as quad bike racing and football. Steve used to play on the left wing and then left back and is proud of the fact that he was never substituted.
Lee Witozynski
Lee joined our company 12 years ago and says that it is a pleasure working for Oxford Double Glazing. He is keen on fishing for carp and has traveled around the country in pursuit of this hobby. However, he is very enthusiastic about his role managing a local under 11 football team, for whom his son plays. The team plays twice a week and keeps Lee very busy.
Adam Witozynski
Adam started working for our company 10 years ago after being recommended for the job as an installer, by his brother Lee with whom he now works. He is a qualified carpenter and worked as a kitchen fitter before joining our company. Adam is a keep fit enthusiast attending the gym regularly and is a keen snooker player and spectator.
Chris Plumpton
Chris has been with our company for 37 years and is very happy working with his installation team mates installing windows and doors. Outside of work, he is interested in watching boxing but his passion is working on his small holding caring for his sheep and cows.
Rob Lynch
Rob is another long serving member of our installation team with 10 years service with our company. He is a family man with two daughters and is very keen on cycling. He is also staunch in his support for Arsenal football club.
Brian Bailey
Brian has been with Oxford Double Glazing for the past 15 years as our service engineer. He is interested in fishing and motorsports including motor rally as well as motor bike racing.
